We are recruiting U of G employees and students as participants for an in-home consumer evaluation of pork chops from pigs that differ in carcass fatness. Participants will be provided with a bag of pork chops that they will receive once they have submitted a signed consent form.

ACB teams will be split up by college as much as possible to make this process as simple as possible.

Animal Biosciences has teamed up with OMAFRA to showcase the diverse research being carried out in the department. The symposium will be held on campus (location TBA) on Friday September 30th with the deadline for abstract submission on August 21.
