A study by researchers from the Centre for Genetic Improvement of Livestock (CGIL), a Centre of Excellence within Animal Biosciences, has been recognized as one of the most highly cited papers published in the Journal of Dairy Science over the past three years.
We are recruiting U of G employees and students as participants for an in-home consumer evaluation of pork chops from pigs that differ in carcass fatness. Participants will be provided with a bag of pork chops that they will receive once they have submitted a signed consent form.
