Sylvester Mutinda is a graduate student in the Department of Animal Biosciences at the University of Guelph, where I am investigating innovative solutions for sustainable poultry production. my research focuses on optimizing low crude protein (LCP) diets for antibiotic-free broiler chickens, aiming to improve poultry health, enhance feed efficiency, and reduce environmental impact. Under the mentorship of Prof. Elijah Kiarie, I aim to develop practical, science-based strategies to shape the future of poultry nutrition. I hold a bachelor’s degree in animal science from the University of Nairobi, Kenya, and a Post-graduate Diploma in Advanced Sustainable Agriculture from AICAT, Israel.
