I am a PhD student working under the supervision of Dr. Christine Baes and Dr. Filippo Miglior. I earned my Bachelors degree in Animal Biology from the University of Guelph in 2024, followed by a Masters degree in 2025 under the supervision of Dr. Andy Robinson. My Masters research focused on canine hip and elbow dysplasia. During my PhD, I will investigate the impact of heat stress on health traits in dairy cattle, including beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) and somatic cell score (SCS).
