Reporting to the Administrative Officer, the Undergraduate Program Assistant is responsible for providing administrative assistance for the undergraduate program in the Department of Animal Biosciences.  This position also provides general departmental administrative support. In addition, the incumbent will be the payroll contact for all undergraduate appointments and will be responsible for collecting the required information from the student and supervisor, completing the necessary forms, preparing the appropriate appointment packages and entering hours in the time entry system, all with the appropriate level of confidentiality.
