The Graduate Program Assistant is responsible for overseeing all graduate student matters. The GPA handles incoming applications and offers, current graduate student affairs, and the scheduling of defences and exams. Jake is also responsible for keeping track of graduate offices and building keys. The GPA also is the first point of contact for graduate students and is able to answer questions regarding applications, scholarships, and general department information.
