Sylvester Mutinda is a graduate student in the Department of Animal Biosciences at the University of Guelph, where he is actively investigating innovative solutions for sustainable poultry production. His research focuses on optimizing low crude protein (LCP) diets for antibiotic-free broiler chickens, aiming to improve poultry health, enhance feed efficiency, and reduce environmental impact. Under the mentorship of Prof. Elijah Kiarie, Sylvester aims to develop practical, science-based strategies to shape the future of poultry nutrition.
